First held in Brampton, Canada in 2024, the initiative amplifies the voices and ventures of African and Afro-diaspora entrepreneurs, particularly startups and small businesses, offering them a launchpad to connect, collaborate, and compete in the global economy.
From keynote presentations to vibrant panel discussions, Afro Commerce Connect delivers practical insights and strategic opportunities for entrepreneurs, investors, government stakeholders, and business professionals. The event features the RISE Initiative; a live pitching competition empowering small businesses in Brampton with funding and recognition.
